Ensuring gender equality of the staff, considering the specifics of the university’s field of activity and the resulting gender structure.

Project benefits

There is no gender inequality. The university employees are valued and the decisions regarding them are guided by the employee’s commitment and contribution to the university development. The gender composition of management positions is equalized, the gender pay gap is narrowing.
