Real estate management, maintenance, and development can be done cost-effectively and as planned. Therefore, it is important that the financial regulations include the principles of maintenance and financing of real estate and the minimum amount of financing in order to be able to plan the works.

Project benefits
  1. A long-term real estate plan and management model need to be agreed in the autumn of 2021.
  2. The long-term plan would be monitored annually according to additional indicators.
  3. The space efficiency analysis (STRB) must be completed by autumn 2021, which is an important input into the long-term work plan.
