The management of the university is inclusive and value-based. Management decisions at every level direct the development of the university towards high quality teaching, learning and research.
The university runs seamless and cost-efficient support services in order to support and better integrate high quality studies, research and innovation.

1. The university has a data warehouse with a scalable and bottom-up architecture, as automated as possible, and where data is collected following agreed definitions and methodologies.
2. The university has an interoperable network of data analytics.
3. Data analytics is used to manage various processes.
4. To ensure data quality, continuous improvements are made to different processes (moment of data generation) and information systems (IT development cycle).
5. Regular reports are based on data warehouse data and are automated.
Project benefits
The university’s management decisions are data-based, the university has effective quality monitoring, and the required information is operatively available for managers. The data are easier to access for the whole organization, which in turn helps to increase the number of people who do the analysis.
